We meet at the Saint John store at 5:45pm on 60 Charlotte on Wednesday nights!! It is a quick talk each week for 9 weeks followed by a 2-4K walk-run. Topics addressed will include injury prevention, training schedules, and goal setting. Coach Coffin will help everyone with personalized advice and support. The $50 fee includes a $25 gift certificate and a free entry to the Guardian Drugs 5K at the Subway Canada Day Run in Grand Bay- Westfield!!
